These Terms of Use explain basic conditions for using the FultonStudio website, website tools, forms, and request systems.

Website Tools and Snapshot Audit

The Website Snapshot Audit, Website Health Check, Rebuild vs. Fix-Up Quiz, and related tools are provided for general informational and business-review purposes. They are not a guarantee of search ranking, performance, security, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, or business results.

When you run the Website Snapshot Audit, you submit your name, email address, and website URL so the tool can scan public website information and FultonStudio can review the snapshot as a possible service inquiry or lead. The tool may save the submitted details, audit score, automated findings, platform clues, and related technical notes in the website database and may send confirmation and notification emails.

Automated Scan Limits

Automated scans may not see the full website. Results may be incomplete if a site uses firewalls, bot protection, login screens, JavaScript-rendered content, redirects, blocked requests, robots rules, platform security, or server restrictions. FultonStudio may use the scan as a starting point, but a full review may require human analysis and additional access.

Form Submissions

Service request and support request forms are used to collect information needed to review website problems, project needs, support issues, and possible next steps. Do not submit passwords, private login codes, payment details, confidential business records, or sensitive personal information through public forms.

No Automatic Client Relationship

Submitting a form, running a scan, or receiving an automated result does not create a client relationship, service agreement, emergency support obligation, or guaranteed response time. Work begins only after FultonStudio agrees to the scope, timing, and terms of a project or support request.

Third-Party Platforms

FultonStudio may work with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Joomla, Webflow, custom CMS systems, hosting providers, email tools, security tools, and other third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, and technical restrictions.
